A57 Link Road Scheme work updates

National Highways have shared the latest work updates for the A57 Link Road.

MONDAY 3 to MONDAY 17 NOVEMBER:

Utility work at Woolley Bridge.

Telecommunications utilities need to be diverted and signs installed along Woolley Bridge.

To work safely, this will be done via a lane closure with temporary traffic lights. All traffic can still use Woolley Bridge in single file through the temporary traffic lights.

There may be some temporary parking restrictions during this period. There will be clear signage if so and residents will be contacted.

WEEK STARTING MONDAY 17 NOVEMBER - 7pm until 6am:

Minor utility works to remove telecommunications poles.

Short-term traffic management will be in place at some periods.

Disruption to traffic during this work is not expected.

WEEK STARTING MONDAY 24 NOVEMBER - 7pm until 6am:

Minor utility works to remove telecommunications poles.

Short-term traffic management will be in place at some periods.

Disruption to traffic during this work is not expected.

Please remember that closures can change at short notice.
