TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
NORTH ROAD, GLOSSOP
WHEN: 01 June to 03 June 2026
WHERE: North Road, Glossop at No. 104.
REASON: To facilitate new water connection.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: North Road, Dinting Road, Park Crescent and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.

(BUS LANE) (PEAK HOURS) ORDER 2026
Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effects of which will be to: -
Extend the Bus Lane on Oldham Road (west side) from a point 142 metres north of its junction with Atlas Street to a point 8 metres south of its junction with Clive Street.
