Chatsworth has been named as the most 'beautiful' stately home in the world by Living Cozy.
The UK secured four of the top spots with Highclere Castle (where Downton Abbey was filmed) third, Chartwell fourth and Burghley House sixth.
The rankings were awarded following a study into TripAdvisor reviews looking at places most described as ‘beautiful’, ‘gorgeous’, ‘stunning’, ‘magnificent’, and ‘lovely’.
Quinta da Regaleira in Portugal was second with properties in Spain, Germany, France, and Denmark also making it into the top 10.
