Craft Fair delights in Broadbottom

Colourful craft stalls were enjoyed by visitors to Lymefield Garden Centre in Broadbottom last Saturday (16 October).

Work created by members of Glossop’s Textile Connections was showcased at the Craft Fair that also included work by ceramic artists, fabric sales tables and fundraising stalls.

The friendly and enthusiastic group of stitchers and textile artists who make up Glossop Textile meet regularly and enjoy exploring different and varied materials, and processes.

The monthly meetings, on the last Wednesday of the month, will be held in Hyde until December but from January will return to Glossop.

If you are interested in getting involved or would like to find out more contact Ann Cornes on 0161 343 3819 or email chair.glossopeg@yahoo.com

The group is independent of but affiliated to the Embroiderer's Guild.
