Spearheaded by highly qualified physiotherapists, Dr Louise Dyson of Prehab Physio and Dr Anna Clark of BodyWorks, this class focuses on enhancing strength, balance, mobility and confidence to reduce the risk of falls.

The 8 week programme is based at Injury Clinic 59 Chapel Street in Glossop and begins at 11am on 1st March.

Sessions are 45 minutes and will cost £95 for 8 sessions.
