Gamesley group offering advice and support

Gamesley's G52 is playing its part is making sure that troubled young people know who to contact to get help.

It’s handing out leaflets that describe the role of Chat Health which was set up to help 11 to 19-year-olds.

Part of Derbyshire Healthcare Support, it deals with healthy eating, bullying, smoking, alcohol, mental health and relationship issues.

Chat Health is a safe and easy way to speak to a qualified professional by simple texting - people don’t have to give their name.

Described as discreet and quick, it only takes one message to start making a difference.
