Glossop Mountain Rescue Team called out for an incident in the Torside area

Peak District Mountain Rescue Organisation called the Glossop Mountain Rescue Team on Saturday night.

They were called at 5:33pm for two walkers who were lost and disorientated in the Torside Naze area.

The team in base were establishing phone contact with them to confirm they were uninjured and their location, whilst the on hill team were deployed from a number of routes to make contact with the walkers and assist them from the hillside.

14 team members were involved and the team were stood down 20:36
