High Peak charity The Zink Project has launched the SPRING work coaching programme, helping local people into employment and learning.
SPRING is open to anyone who is unemployed and over 16 years of age with the aim of supporting people into jobs, training, or education. The project is funded by the European Social Fund.
Work Coach Gez Brannelly, from Zink, said: “The type of support we provide depends on what the person is looking for.
“It can range from help with CVs, interviews and job searching, to activities like volunteering, training courses and building confidence through social opportunities.
“We will work with you to focus and plan your job search and help you overcome any barriers that may stand in your way.”
Zink can offer work coach support for up to three months and is available to anyone in the High Peak area.
Meetings can be arranged close to home for anyone who can’t get into Glossop or Buxton.

Zink also runs High Peak Foodbank, wellbeing activities like a walking group, baking club and school of rock, Zink TV, an advice service, and community eco-café.
