Glossopdale School's former sixth form centre on Talbot Road has taken another step forward in becoming residential.
High Peak Borough Council has approved a planning application by DOFNS Ltd to a change of use and conversion of Talbot House.
The application is for five separate residential dwellings, including external alterations, demolition of a single storey extension and building a dwelling on plot five.
Also included in the package is landscaping, access and parking.
Other applications approved by the planners include:
- Mesh enclosure to maintain and protect chickens (retrospective), Brook House, 98 Platt Street, Padfield.
- Detached house with car port, 6 Paddock Lane, Whaley Bridge.
