A joint investigation by emergency services is under way after a serious fire at a flat in the Hope Valley.
Fire crews were called at around 7.15am on Monday morning (10 May) to a blaze at a property on Brentwood Avenue.
Firefighters from Hathersage, Bradwell and South Yorkshire’s Rivelin Valley attended the incident with East Midlands Ambulance Service and Derbyshire police.
A spokesperson for Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service said a joint police and fire investigation into the cause of the fire is ongoing, but no further information is currently available.
