A 'jumble trail' is being held in Hadfield and Padfield this weekend so people can grab themselves a bargain and help a local good cause.
There will be stalls in people's gardens selling any unwanted items people have.
All proceeds will be helping to raise money for a lift at Hadfield Hall.
All stall holders will be providing hand sanitiser and there will be social distancing rules in place to follow government guidelines.
The event has been organised by Sandy Henderson.
She said: "I hold these events every year to raise funds for different charities. Each stall holder pays a fee to register and be put on our map for people to navigate around the community to each address holding a stall.
“The past two years have benefitted Mummy's Star, which is the only charity in the UK and Ireland dedicated to women and their families diagnosed with cancer during pregnancy or within 12 months of giving birth.
"This year I have chosen Hadfield Library as they need a lift installing for the elderly and disabled to get in to the Upper Hall and take part in events. Hadfield Hall have applied to the National Lottery for funding but I thought it would be nice to involve our community in raising funds. After all, we will be using it.”
The Jumble Trail is taking place on Sunday (20 June) from 10.30am to 3.30pm.
Bargain hunters can get a map for 50p from Hadfield Hall at the top of Station Road from 10am on the morning of the trail.
