Essential maintenance work has begun at Buxton Town Hall.
The work has started today (Monday) and is expected to last for six weeks.
Scaffolding is going up on the King's Head side of the building.
High Peak Borough Council say there will be some minor disruption, with several car parking spaces on the slopes car park out of commission during this time.
