New plans in the pipeline in High Peak

These are some of the recent planning applications received by High Peak Borough Council.

They include:

  • Removal of detached store, and new single storey extension, 12 Meadows Road, Hayfield.
     
  • Lawful development certificate to use property as supported living accommodation 8 Queens Road, Fairfield, Buxton.
     
  • Single storey side extension to replace existing extension, 55 Town Lane, Charlesworth.
