Children at Padfield Community Primary School have been busy getting into the Easter spirit this week whilst raising money for FOPS (Friends of Padfield School).
The school hall was filled with excitement as students and teachers came together for the event, which included a special chocolate tombola and egg decorating competition.
The head and deputy head pupils were joined by the Easter Bunny, who made a surprise visit on Thursday 26th March to help showcase the generous collection of donated chocolate eggs before the tombola began.
Every child in the school from nursery through to Year 6 also took part in a hard boiled egg decorating competition, proudly displaying their colourful and creative designs. The tricky task of judging fell to PCSO Brian Buller, who carefully selected a winner and runner-up from each year group.
All funds raised will go towards supporting upcoming school activities and resources, proudly organised by the Friends of Padfield School.
