Detailed plans for 50 of the new homes to be built on part of the former Samas Roneo site in Gamesley have been approved.
This element of the development is for a mix of homes. It will be made up of 11 four-bedroomed properties, 20 three-bedroomed houses, 10 two- bedroomed houses and nine one-bedroomed flats created.
The development on the Glossop Road site, which already had outline planning permission for residential use, is subject to numerous conditions.
The plans are available to view on the council’s website at www.highpeak.gov.uk.
