Plans under way for next year's Glossop Carnival Weekend

Glossop Arts and Leisure Association is already planning for next year's Glossop Carnival Weekend.

It’s on Saturday and Sunday July 3 and 4 - exactly 12 months after this year’s event which was sadly cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

GALA’s Ann Flavell said: “There will be local charities, local dancers, local bands, all entertainment for local people.

“We have already have acts booked including the wonderful Paper Wizard who fascinates children from three to 103.

“Of course the carnival just would not be the same without the RSPCA dog show.”
