Two local police officers presented the 2nd Glossop Cubs with their latest badge last night (Tuesday).
PCSOs Brian Buller and Anne Morris, of the Glossopdale Safer Neighbourhood Team, said they were "honoured" to hand over the badge to the cubs, who attended Glossop Police Station back in July.
The 2nd Glossop Cubs are also holding their Autumn Fair on Saturday 21 September, at the Scout Hut on Pikes Lane, between 10am and 1pm.
There will be lots of activities, including a cake stall, a tombola, an 'as new' sale, a raffle, while there will be light refreshments served.
Anyone attending can, if they wish, wear purple, yellow, blue and white colours, which represent The Stroke Association - where all proceeds will go to.
The cubs have also been creating their own posters, like the one pictured below, to promote the event.
