Repair Cafe in New Mills

New Mills Volunteer Centre.

High Peak residents will be able to get a number of household items repaired for free in New Mills this weekend.

Transition New Mills is holding its latest monthly Repair Cafe at New Mills Volunteer Centre on Union Road on Saturday (30 October) from 10am to midday.

No repair is too small, with small electrical and household appliances, bikes, toys, furniture, ceramics, clothes and textiles all able to be repaired.

Free advice and guidance for larger repairs can also be given.

Tea, coffee and cake will be available and donations are also welcome.
