Here's our latest check on the plans which have been submitted and approved by High Peak Borough Council of late.

The applications submitted to the borough council recently include: 

• Demolition of existing garage and ground floor extension at 5 Tomwood Rise, Charlesworth  
• Single storey rear extension at 122 Sheffield Road, Glossop           
• Proposed New B1 Unit to be built at Furness Vale Marina, Station Road, Furness Vale 
• Loft conversion and rear extension at 12 Highstones Gardens, Hope Street, Glossop  
• Two storey side extension and front porch extension at 184 Buxton Road, Whaley Bridge 
• Single storey rear extension and first floor side extension at Fern Bank, White Road, New Mills 

Plans that have been given the go-ahead and approved by HPBC include: 

• Conservatory at the rear of 31A Town Lane, Charlesworth 
• First Floor Extension over existing garage and kitchen at 10 Green Bank, Simmondley, Glossop 
• Rear Extension and alterations to boundary wall at 1 Hawthorn Drive, Glossop  
• Single storey rear extension at 16 Orchard Road, Whaley Bridge,  
• Greenhouse with polycarbonate glazing at Town End Methodist Church, Market Street, Chapel-En-Le-Frith,  
• Single storey rear and side extension at 4 Hill Top Rise, Whaley Bridge  
• Demolition of existing conservatory and construction of lower ground floor extension at Kinrara, Macclesfield Road, Whaley Bridge
