Glossop-based Chernobyl’s Children’s Project are asking for donations of soft toys to help raise money for children visiting Glossop for a ‘happy, healthy holiday’ next summer.
The project plans to wrap up any toys in good condition to sell on a Christmas stall on a date to be arranged.
The healthy holiday will give children from Belarus affected by the nuclear disaster fresh air and fun.
If you have any toys you’d like to donate, please hand them to 1 Stop Plumbing, 102 High Street West, by Thursday (November 28).
