Police are appealing for information after a teenager has been missing for over three weeks.
Originally from Bedfordshire, Greater Manchester Police said Hakim has links to Manchester.
He was last seen leaving his home address in Luton on the afternoon of July 14. He is described as 5’9” tall and was wearing a dark-coloured tracksuit and white trainers.
Anyone who knows where Hakim is or has information which could assist police is asked to call 101, quoting the reference MPL/1193/25.
