WHERE: Close Restricted Byway No.17 for approx. 554m from SK096999 to SE102000. REASON: To facilitate public safety during upgrade works to the telecom site. ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: No alternative route is recommended. Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of restricted byway.
