Curzon Ashton put an end to their three-match losing streak on Tuesday, coming from behind to draw 2-2 with visitors Oxford City.
Tony Weston’s second half strike saw the points shared at the Tameside Stadium.
Weston was the provider for the opener, squaring for Alex Curran to volley home on 11 minutes, only for the visitors to get back on level terms two minutes later through Ashley Hemmings.
O’Shea Ellis then swept home just before the break to give The Hoops a half-time lead.
But Weston restored parity mid-way through the second half to complete the scoring, capping off a storming run with a clinical finish into the bottom left corner.
“I’m very pleased that we’ve stopped the rot,” admitted Nash assistant head coach Jack Salkeld following the draw.
“Second half especially, we showed some great determination, and created numerous chances - I thought we were outstanding.
“You’ve got to give the lads credit, because the last month has been tough.”
