Teams Discover FA Cup opponents

Our football teams have discovered who they’ll be facing in the FA Cup first qualifying round.

Warrington Rylands, who were beaten by Ashton United in the NPL Premier Division on Saturday, will host Hyde United.

Meanwhile, Stalybridge Celtic will meet Lancaster City once again at Bower Fold, having beaten the Dollyblues 1-0 in the NPL Premier Division on Saturday.

Ashton United have also been handed a home tie and will entertain Ashington of the Northern League Division One.

Following Saturday’s win at Sheffield in the preliminary round, Glossop North End have been handed a trip to Liversedge of the NPL Premier Division.

The games are taking place on Saturday, September 3. Winners of the tie will receive a prize fund of £ 2,250, while the loser pockets £750
