After an eventful weekend of football, both Manchester United and Manchester City have secured their place in the FA Cup final.

A never-ending Manchester United game saw the Reds finally achieve a victory on penalties, and a successful game from the Blues saw them also progress to the final.

  • Weekend football round-up: Cantello clinches late victory

Droylsden retained top spot in the NWCFL First Division North in dramatic fashion on Saturday, thanks to a stoppage-time winner from Luis Cantello.

Latics have won four games and drawn two, including last week’s stand-off against leaders Bromley at Hayes Lane, and the season is back in the balance.
