Parishioners had a flipping good time in Mossley, as visitors dropped into St George's Church to take part in a fund-raising pancake event.
The morning, organised by church-goers Debbie and Jimmy Mellor, raised £87.55 for Junior Church funds.
A chocolate tombola at the event raised £52 for church funds.
Meanwhile, today (Thursday) St George’s will start their regular monthly meetings once again in the church room.
On Sunday, March 13, St John’s and St George’s will welcome Revd Hilda Wild to carry out their morning services.
There will also be plenty of fun to be had at a Murder Mystery Night at St George’s on Saturday, March 19, at 5pm.
