Clarendon Square Shopping Centre is open as usual

Clarendon Square Shopping Centre in Hyde is still open as usual to shoppers.

Shoppers can gain entry and exit via the Costa/Lloyds entrance and the Civic/Market Square entrance.

The B&M main entrance to the centre, which is currently boarded up, is closed but the B&M store is still open.

The entrance that leads out on to the main car park was significantly damaged after a security incident at the centre at the end of November.

Clarendon Square bosses apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Meanwhile, these are the festive opening hours for the centre:

Christmas Eve: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Christmas Day: CLOSED

Boxing Day: CLOSED

Monday 28 December: 8.30am to 5.30pm

New Year’s Eve: 8.30am to 5.30pm

New Year’s Day: CLOSED
