A former pub could be converted to create a two bedroom residential dwelling.
The Old Pack Horse on Guide Lane, Audenshaw, closed before the pandemic struck.
Plans have now been submitted to Tameside Council to change the use of the ground floor into a two bed dwelling with kitchen, shower room and garage. The outdoor amenity space is to be retained.
