A former light industrial site where window blinds were once manufactured could be turned into a house of multiple occupation.
Plans have been submitted for the change of use for the site, located on Howards Court to the rear of Stamford Street Central in Ashton.
The site is currently empty and accessed via Howards Court.
Over the years a number of windows have been blocked up to the front and rear elevations and the proposals would allow for these to be re-introduced as windows.
Tameside Council planners are considering the proposals.
