Plans for a detached three/four bedroom home situated off Town Lane in Denton have been submitted to Tameside Council.
The plot was granted approval for a residential development back in 2013.
A planning report states work was started with foundations and substructure masonry walls constructed up to approximately ground floor level. However, further development was subsequently abandoned.
The new proposal will use the existing sub structure created, but the property will be scaled back to a two storey form of a bungalow with attic/dormer rooms within the roof space, more in keeping with the residential scene.
The plan includes a garage and landscaping. The application is being considered.
