Vyas Convenience Store on Jack Lane has been shortlisted in the Service to the Community category at the Independent Achievers’ Academy.
It’s yet more success for Paresh Vyas and his wife Smruti after the store was named on the IAA Top 100 List last year.
It’s the first time Vyas Convenience Store has been shortlisted and Paresh was full of pride at the achievement.
“We’ve entered every year since the IAA was set up and not made the final, but now we have. It’s a huge achievement for us,” Paresh said.
Paresh and Smruti will travel down to London on November 27 for the annual IAA Gala Dinner, where the winners in 12 categories and the Overall Best Shop will be named.
