Hyde United manager Dave McGurk has recruited the services of two more players ahead of the new season in the Evo-Stik Premier Division.
Striker Paddy Lane has extended his stay at Ewen Fields, having scored two goals in 19 appearances during the second half of last season, while goalkeeper James Hodges re-joins for a second spell having made 10 appearances for Tadcaster Albion in November 2018 in a bid to gain match experience.
Upon signing Lane, McGurk told the club's website: “Paddy needs no introduction our supporters. He was a real positive from our season last year but we think there is so much more to come. He gets fans on the edge of their seats and at 18 years old we believe he has a real chance to make a living out of the game”
