The world-renowned Mexican-inspired fast food chain is set to open its doors in Ashton on Saturday 6th September 2025, marking another exciting addition to the area’s growing leisure and dining scene.
Located at Ashton Moss Leisure Park, the restaurant will welcome customers from 10am to 11pm Monday to Thursday, and until midnight Friday to Sunday. To celebrate the grand opening, Taco Bell is offering a mouth-watering prize: the first three customers in the queue will receive free tacos for a year.
The brand new Taco Bell restaurant has taken over half of the previous Eat Inn Chinese Buffet restaurant, it is rumoured the other half of the building will soon be a Burger King chain.
Franchisee Soul Foods, which operates over 386 Taco Bell locations across the UK and Canada, is behind the launch. The UK remains a key market for the brand, with more than 130 branches already established across the country.
Taco Bell Ashton Moss will serve up its popular fan favourites – including the Crunchwrap Supreme and the volcano burrito – along with a range of vegetarian and Halal-certified options.
To mark its debut in Ashton, the restaurant is introducing a brand-new exclusive item: the Loaded Fries Burrito. This indulgent wrap combines seasoned fries, signature seasoned beef, diced tomatoes, sour cream, creamy chipotle sauce, nacho cheese sauce – all rolled in a warm tortilla. It's set to become an instant hit among local taco fans.

As part of the grand opening on Saturday 6th September at 10am, Taco Bell Ashton Moss is teaming up with Willow Wood Hospice to help raise awareness and vital funds for the local charity. The partnership highlights the brand’s commitment to supporting the communities it serves.
The new location has been designed with customer convenience in mind. Guests can expect modern amenities including free Wi-Fi, power outlets and comfortable seating for an enjoyable dine-in experience. Digital ordering options and app-based loyalty rewards also add to the seamless service.
